Juice Land Resurrection Sighting
He asked if my name was his, before he could stop himself remembering he’s been dead for now on two years and I was very much alive, on that sidewalk, in front of that Juice Land, with my wife.
I said no, but said I knew him, years before we’d been mistaken for each other when we both were alive in that same town the one I was now just visiting.
He said he missed him and that he was one of the best and I agreed. We shook hands and he left and I stayed thinking how strange.
I had come back to this town for a funeral and was mistaken for someone dead. It seems we all struggle to not believe those we love are still alive, somewhere
even on a street in front of a Juice Land.
